The problem
Why watering kits frustrate people
Most budget watering kits are a bag of parts, not a system. People tell the same story again and again:
- Kits arrive with the wrong fittings, or parts missing.
- Setup is confusing, and the instructions do not help.
- Tubing kinks, joints work loose, watering is uneven.
- When something wears out, you cannot find the spare.
That is the job JETRAA is being built around — starting with raised beds.
Our approach
Design around the problem, then prove it
We would rather get it right than rush a claim we cannot stand behind.
Start from the real problem
We read what people actually struggle with — the reviews, the returns, the questions — before we design anything.
Design the whole job, not a part
A watering setup is a system: the right parts, in the right number, that fit together and are explained clearly.
Claims wait for evidence
We do not say a product is leak-free or clog-free until we have tested it and can show the result. Until then, we describe what we are designing it to do.
