How we research & test

Honest about what we know

Today our work is research-based. We have not run a hands-on testing programme yet, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Here is exactly how we work.

1. Research the problem

We study public reviews, buyer questions, return reasons and common complaints to understand where existing products fail. This is desk research, and we say so.

2. Design around the findings

We turn those findings into a design brief — the parts, the layout, the instructions — aimed at the failure points people actually hit.

3. Test before we claim

Before any performance claim is made, we test a real sample against clear criteria. Until that happens, we describe design intent, not results.

4. Publish the evidence

When we do make a claim, we will say what we tested and what we found. If we have not tested it, we will not claim it.

Our rule is simple: no performance claim without published evidence. Words like leak-free, no-clog, universal fit or water-saving are not used until a passed test supports them.
